A 1979 graduate of both the University of New Mexico and Loyola University Schools of Law. Mr. Malott also is one of only about two dozen lawyers certified as a Civil Trial Expert by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). Mr. Malott limits his practice to litigating personal injury claims, HMO and insurance company misconduct, product liability, and lawyer malpractice cases.

Mr. Malott has also served on numerous State Bar Committees, is an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and is an instructor at Albuquerque Technical-Vocational Institute.
